Your website design is critical to your site's success. Many sites fail due to poor design, pages that are difficult to navigate which will frustrate the visitor to leave your site. At CEF Web Design we build our websites to have a clean design, consistent navigation and the content that your visitor's are looking for.

The Process:

Step 1: The Planning Process - The first thing we do is to assess the needs of each new project by working closely with our customers to determine their expectations for their website. This is where we will prepare a written estimate so you can have a clear understanding of the cost to complete. Once this estimate is approved we will move on to the Design Phase.

Step 2: The Design Phase - We will develop the framework that includes the graphical design, visual elements, interactivity and navigation for the site. The customer has input throughout the entire process and will review/approve the design, we then begin the next step.

Step 3: The Development Phase - All the elements from Step 2 are built and all content is added. On average, a basic website with about 6 pages would take less than 2 weeks to complete.

Step 4: The Testing Phase - Once the site is built, it will then be tested according to the current web standards of the industry. All aspects of the site will be tested extensively on several computer operating systems and browsers. After the final approval form is signed by the customer, the site is launched.

Step 5: Support/Maintenance - If arrangements are made, we would handle the support and maintenance of the site going forward. This would included uploading the files to your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) webserver and updating the content when needed.
